In 1930, the Owens Bottle Company and the Illinois Glass Company were merged to create Owens Illinois Glass Comapny. Seven decades later, Owens-Illinois, Inc. is still one of the leaders in the glass industry.

This exhibit highlights the early history of Owens-Illinois, tracing the growth of the company back to it's roots within the New England Glass Company.
